Probably your average hotel.
The man at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
I didn't realize it when I booked the room, but the pool and hot tub are basically in the middle of a huge conference room, so anyone either attending an event, or even just trying to find their room, the ice machine, etc. is walking past and it's kind of awkward.
The elevator I used was rickety, and after using it, I understood why people were taking the stairs
The room itself was clean for the most part. The exception was the air vent in the bathroom that caught my eye due to the amount of dust that was in it. The TV was crooked, but that didn't bother me because while I had turned it on to drown out my neighbor's conversation that was clearly coming through the air vent nearest the entry door, I was only watching it on and off while scrolling on my laptop. Thankfully, they didn't stay up late, so when I turned it off to go to bed, I couldn't hear them anymore.
I did sleep well and liked the pillows.
The hotel seemed safe. It did have a different layout than hotels I've been to before, so it took me longer to find my room, and the ice machine, than it usually does, but overall a good experience.
