"Muy bonito y muy buen servicio"

"Mas que un hotel, es un restaurante caro Imposible meterse a las albercas, varias están deshabitadas, sucias y mal cuidadas. Solo puedes usar un mini Jacuzzi, si quieres la habitación con jacuzzi no tiene aire acondicionado. Si usas sus instalaciones de spa que si están bien, contempla $500 por persona solo por entrar al jaccuzi. No incluye NADA más que la habitación. El restaurante está excesivamente caro para lo que es, 1 coca cola de lata $150 Las habitaciones parecen motel, nada cómodo...

"This was deceitful with the images on Expedia it was allllll great until actually checking in the room the door knob was not locking up! They were truly up to something I feel, as a female and being in MX city and a foreigner! I originally arrived alone at check in and they thought I was alone, until my family members from Mexico escorted me to my room, they can tell when your not from there ! THE WORST! "Limpieza y desayuno variado"

"I reported that the room had issues: the light bulb kept flickering when switched off (we had to remove it to sleep), and the coffee maker did not work. I don’t believe it’s reasonable to arrive at a room and have to deal with these problems. Guests pay and make reservations expecting everything to be in proper working order."

"La puerta del baño muy mal, no se podía asegurar y estaba sobre una especie de riel para deslizarse y se salió del riel. El desayuno no tenía variedad, solo huevo (diferentes preparaciones) o chilaquiles (sin huevo). Lo demás estuvo bien pero esas dos situaciones le restan mucho aunque el costo fue bastante accesible tomando en cuenta que fue en tiempos del mundial. Si lo que buscas es algo barato donde pasar la noche es una buena opción pero si buscas mayor calidad y comodidad busca otro lugar."
