"The hotel is really nice and in a great location. Everything was clean. The house keeping staff put our dishes in the dishwasher when they clea which was very helpful. My only critique is that the kitchen that we had in our room could have been better stocked. Mainly we only had a frying pan to cook with. We made pasta one night and could have used a pot and a strainer to drain the water. We also could have used more of the dishwasher power to run the dishwasher more than once. It worked mostly but a second pouch would have been useful."

"I loved this hotel. Its probably the cleanest, quietest hotel ive stayed in. Its very secure. Very close to all the best places in Chinatown. Only down side is there is no included parking and there is no where to park in the neighborhood nearby. The Chinatown public parking lot is your best bet for overnight accommodations."

"My Boyfriend considers this our Chicago Home away from home. We love the spacious rooms, the convenient parking lot behind the building where we can literally keep an eye on our vehicle from the room. Front desk was incredibly helpful and gracious. We really loved how walkable the area was. We felt safe and the music venue we were here for was just a few blocks away. No notes, place is great!"

"The rooms are cleaned and well-maintained. I encountered the staff upon check-in and she was nice and very helpful. The kitchen area is sufficient for most travelers, there is a microwave, stove, full size refrigerator, basic seasonings, dishes and glassware. The bed could be upgraded, but is doable. There were washcloths provided along with the towels. Hand soap is provided in the bathroom. The view from the picture window is not the best, just ok. The common area has a sofa and chair with a small TV providing ROKU channels. I was able to tune into the local stations, I didn't check for any apps on the TV. There are plenty of channels to choose fun for basic TV viewing. The street had plenty of room for parking while I was there. I used CTA and Uber, but after discovering several bus routes one block away on 35 Street I used CTA. Most of the routes take you downtown on Michigan Avenue. The neighborhood seems to be relatively safe, but use common sense when moving around. I enjoyed my stay (mainly because I had the third floor to myself) and would recommend it if you aren't too picky."
