"Everything was lovely"

"Pool was closed for repairs which was not reflected on the website. The tub faucet dripped constantly. The tub faucet was difficult to adjust the water temperature. The luggage cart wheel could not be turned when luggage was on it. The AC unit was oversized causing the unit not to stay on which caused the room to be humid. AC unit was loud when on."

"I booked this room through Expedia. The room I recieved, the door to get in as well as the bathroom doors were very hard to open. The bathroom door drug on the floor & really didn't shut. They told me they were booked & couldn't change my room. Night clerk wasn't friendly. The next day they found me a new room. As I booked online 8 weeks prior for that. Everything was great for our final 3 days staying here! Friendly staff, great breakfast!"

"Room was clean, but smelled very strongly of bleach. Had to have window open. Water didn’t get very warm. And bed was uncomfortable and only had nightstand on one side. The side without only had a few inches to get out of bed."

"Fair price. I stayed for one night with my family and young children. The lady working the night shift at the front desk was amazing and very professional. However, finding multiple long hair strands in the bed was a major concern. It gave the impression that the bedding had not been changed before our arrival, which is unacceptable, especially when traveling with young children. Clean bedding is a basic expectation for any hotel stay."

"Was greeted by friendly Manager. Found room was pre-cooled and welcoming after my travel. Felt secure parking my vehicle and many found food and other public conveniences nearby. Checked out early AM before breakfast to continue travel and found the night shift manager at the desk wishing me a great day. Second time staying here, both times were very good for an economical overnight's rest."

"From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and helpful. We were warmly welcomed and check-in process was quick and seamless. Our room was spotless and well -appointed with a huge bathroom, nice tv, and comfortable sofa . The king bed was very comfortable with nice linens and pillows. The complimentary breakfast was good with plenty of options. The entire hotel was extremely clean. We were most impressed by the wonderful staff. "The employees were awesome! Room was awful. I checked out a day early. Needs to be gutted and started all over. Flooring had big gaps, dead roaches squashed on pictures, just a nasty room."

"The worst experience I ever had at a hotel. Rooms were filthy and the property was on big party place all night. I recommend that the place gets condemned and demolished"

"As I entered the property it was obvious that it had been recently upgraded. The paint seemed fresh throughout the property and cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk employees were very helpful. I will stay there again when I'm in town."

"This was a nice stay for us. It isn't a 4-star hotel that has coffee or breakfast in the morning, but we weren't expecting it. Our room was clean, the staff (especially Greg) was very helpful with an issue we had with the TV setup. Of several places we have stayed in Sumter in this category, this is the best one for the value we have found and we'll stay there again. "

"The hotel I picked was not a good choice on my part. Very rough area, broken down cars and trucks in the parking lot, and drunken arguments in the parking lot till late at night. Felt like a halfway house. I did not have any problems personally and the people I came across were nice."
