"We enjoyed our stay, especially with the staff giving great tips on restaurants nearby!"

"The hotel staff was incredibly kind and responsive. The property was pretty beat up including guest rooms and especially hallway and lobby furnishings. There were layers of stains on the chairs in the breakfast area. Again, the staff was great and worked hard to make our experience pleasant, including bringing us extra blankets in the evening and keeping the breakfast buffet stocked. The hotel ownership needs to invest in the property to go with the amazing people who work there."

"Check in was easy. I had to sign a paper to acknowledge that I'd have to pay for any damage my service dog caused. The hotel also puts a $50 incidental charge on your credit card for any purchases made during your stay. As we got off on the 3rd floor, we noticed that there was no air conditioning. The first room the front desk person put us in had no AC, and one of the key cards didn't work. When I went down to the desk the woman sighed heavily when I told her I needed a different room. The...
