"Clean and comfortable stay at Hotel Ariele, with excellent bedding that made a restful sleep. Breakfast was included which is nice. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and considerate throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the tram line, making it easy to get around the city. There are also laundry facilities and Carrefour nearby, which added to the convenience of our stay."

"Fantastic place to stay in Florence, can't recommend it highly enough. Close enough to the City Center to be walkable, but far enough off the beaten path to be a refuge from the crowds. We stayed in the Triple Room, which had decent space and regular beds for all three of us. Property was very clean and tidy. The included breakfast was very nice. Balcony had a gorgeous view of the Arno. Staff were all very kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay at 4F again for any future visits to Florence!"

"Staff was lovely and very helpful. Bathroom nicely renovated. Unfortunately I had to leave before breakfast but it seemed to be a nice selection. The only thing I didn’t like was it was a very small attic room with a very low ceiling. Nice automatic blinds installed. Felt like a fire trap - up a small spiral staircase to get to top. Clean though."

"I had some trouble figuring out how to enter the property at first, but the host’s support was excellent. They kindly kept my luggage even after check-out so I could continue sightseeing. I also enjoyed lunch nearby, and the location was very convenient for visiting tourist spots. There was a Carrefour Express close by, which was very useful. There were some mosquitoes, but overall the great hospitality and convenience more than made up for it."

"With the exception to the check-in, everything was great! The instructions were not crystal clear and they don’t have a reception, so finding the right gate (left side of the cafeteria in the corner) was tricky as it didn’t have any sign as well. After we’ve learned how it works and where it was everything else was great. The room is in a self serve style inside of an apartment with other rooms from this stay, but it still felt super secure and private. We didn’t hear any kind of noise as...
