"The bed was comfortable. We turned on the AC to drown out the noisy street traffic but the AC was super loud so it was hard to sleep. We didn't try the breakfast there. There was no hand soap and no place in the bathroom to hang out towels. Otherwise it was ok."

"The room was dirty, sink faucet didn't work well, the desk clerk was a rude young boy and no breakfast."

"Check in was a great experience, very helpful and informative. Room was clean and fresh, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was adequate could have had a bit more variety of proteins. The only negative was that the front desk was not staffed for approximately 30 minutes when wanting to check out at 7:00 AM."

"The staff was friendly, but the restaurant was very understaffed. The room was filthy. Walking on the floor barefooted leaves you with black feet. One of the towels had what looked like poop stains on it. The toilet was low in bowl water and barely flushed. The shower water was lukewarm until it surged into scolding water. I would recommend this hotel and will never stay there again."

"They had three dogs in a room across from mine that kept barking until after midnight and started barking again before 6am and no-one would stop it. It was terrible and I will never stay there again! The staff was pleasant however."

"Great price, nice very clean large room, comfortable bed, larger than normal mini refrigerator, breakfast included. The only problem was the bathtub/shower was very slippery. Other than that it was a wonderful stay!"

"The check-in staff wasn't very friendly, we found old socks from previous occupant in our room, the tissue box had only two tissues, and we found blood stains on the bedding. The breakfast was good. Check out was okay, but once again, the staff wasn't very friendly."

"The pool was actually quite small. I had a room with a tub with jets, but the jets didn't work, and there were no cups, which would have been nice. Otherwise, it was a good stay, and the staff were very helpful a couple of times.The room was cleaned very well. The air conditioning was good, but noisy as usual."

"Older motel but was clean with comfortable beds and AC that worked great! The office staff was really nice! Enjoyed our stay and will be back."

"The guest in the room next to us was incredibly loud and I spoke to the front desk 3 different times and was told “oops I forgot “. The bathroom had long black hair everywhere and we don’t have black hair!"

"The staff at Springhill Suites are the best. Always happy to help. Breakfast bar is good and well stocked. The only negative comment I have is that there is not one bench or chair where a smoker can sit for an occasional smoke. Seems a bit unfair for us smokers."

"Ridiculous $25 mandatory parking fee. Overpriced moderate quality breakfast. $6 "entrapment fee" for water in the room. None of these up charges were clear when booking the room. Look elsewhere."
