Nice place, close to slopes.

Very nice place, close to slopes but off the main drag. If you are skiing, great location. We went to see colors, would have preferred to stay closer to main Street of town. Very clean inside. Coffee packs in room would have been nice. Office closes at 5pm, did not find out until we were close, got their in time but nice to know they close the office.

Nice Little complex on the hill

Beautiful condo, lots of room, we stayed on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator, so pack light!! But we got lots of exercise! The grounds were lovely and homey.

Great location, walking distance to square and to bus service. Free bus service takes you all the way downtown, no need to worry about parking. kutuk staff was great and very helpful. Condos are spacious- we had a great kitchen in our unit.

Mountain condominium.

First contact with Ruth made me look forward to our time there. She's a winner!! She, her husband Jaimie, Chris and Robin make Kutuk a great place. They work together so well and handle any issues quickly. Great!

What great people at a cozy place to spend a vacat

We had a great time doing different things in Steamboat but the staff here at Kutuk were great. Always going above and beyond Ruth and Sam were always smiling and trying to help with any needs or questions. It's nice to stay someplace with such compassionate people trying to make your stay the best. My wife and I took 4 of our granddaughters for a visit. They had a lot of fun.

Office staff not available

The condo was very lovely! Very nicely appointed, luxurious master bedroom. The kitchen was a little old but I didn't come to cook! Biggest problem I had was the staff at the front desk were never there. I arrived after normal hours (they called to say they were closing an hour early and to stop in the morning to sign in.) I delayed going to my convention the next morning to do that - then no one there. Called the phone number they had left and was told to sign things at check out. Once again, delayed going in at check out - no one there! Called the number again and was told she was out delivering papers but they would send her over. After 15 min I left. I was an exhibitor, so that 3 hours total delayed cost me unknown numbers of contacts and business

Great 2 bedroom loft close to the runs

Overall, really enjoyed our stay. Perfect place for our family. Only issue was the thermostat wasn't working... too hot in the condo even with the thermostat turned all the way down. Otherwise, excellent. Office staff was very welcoming and friendly. Check in / out was easy. Appreciated everything.

Wonderful condo perfectly set up for large group

The staff was amazing and very helpful. For the first time in our history of family vacations was there more than enough room for our family of 7. And the location is right in the middle of the heart of steamboat resorts, so plenty to do and most things were only a five minute drive away!! We had the best time and would recommend this for any size group for a relaxing getaway!!

Over all, this was an excellent accommodation. The Kutuk staff was outstanding, extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and well furnished as well as well supplied with utensils, etc. We had limited, but very helpful maid service when needed during our extended condo stay. Our only very minor point is that the stairs to the loft and from the loft to the upper lavatory were a little challenging, and could perhaps be made easier to navigate and safer. However, despite that, we hope to stay there again and would highly recommend it.

Visited during off season, accommodations very nice. Only issue was we had ground floor unit and sound from unit above extremely noisey. May have just been overly noisey family.

Great condo rental - walk to Steamboat Village

Our condo was more spacious than we anticipated, was extremely clean, and decorated well. We were happy to find out that we were a very short walk to Steamboat Village. The drive to downtown Steamboat is very close and convenient. We were also happy that our particular condo had an outdoor patio that opened up to a creek - we left the doors open almost the entire trip to listen to the peacefulness. The ladies at the main office are very friendly and helpful with any travel plans you wish to have while in Steamboat. We will be staying here again in the future...

My family of five stayed in a Kutuk Condominium for 2 nights in July. Lots of space, plenty of cookware and dvd's for our use. Management was hard to find however. Despite a half dozen trips to the office to request a late check-out, I never found anyone. The condo was clean however, nice neighborhood and good location.

Tournament weekend

It was a great condo. Very quiet even with a baseball tournament in town. It was a two bedroom that easily slept 6.
