"The staff were awesome, very friendly and helpful. We were in the original building which was seriously in need of updating. The breakfast was just ok, nothing special. Overall, if you’re thinking of staying at the Puffin, I would request a room in the newer main building when booking."

"Prior to arrival I received a text providing me with a number to call for the shuttle. I phoned the number and was told that it was not in service. So it was taxi to the hotel. Upon arrival, I notices that the place was showing its age; shabby carpets, chipped paint, smelled a bit like Grammas house. ..."
