"Staff o.k., clean room, super breakfest.. "

"Einfach einzigartig!

Essen allgemein super. Es lohnt sich zu den Tschechen zufahren. Danke.😃"

"Zentral gelegen, Parkplatzsituation ist allgemein in Karlsbad schwierig"

"Property is nice overall and breakfast was ok, small buffet choice but excellent coffee. What majorly lets the hotel down is the misrepresentation of parking facilities, which is a 15 mins walk away uphill. The parking information should have been clearer- we would have selected an alternative accommodation if we had known."

My daughter absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. Compared to the standards in the United States this was far and beyond a luxury experience. My only critique which makes me rethink booking at this particular location is the spa...

"Not a bad experience overall but not worth the price: nice building and nice rooms, good spa, excellent breakfast. Major issues I believe is the management, it’s not acceptable to have only one receptionist at the front desk with so many rooms on a Saturday, this is creating chaos, secondly I have paid a late check out online but somehow the staff was not informed so I had to wait 20 min at the reception just to explain the situation, third but nevertheless important the water coming out from...
