"The view from the property is indescribable more like breathtaking. This property hadn’t aged well . Some of the wooden stairs were more of a tripping hazard because of warping . The room itself was bare minimum. The bed upon entering the room looked like someone had been sitting on it prior to coming in. The beds themselves were comfortable. The chairs they were upholstered upon entering were worn and stained . Issues with the tv were resolved in timely matter."

"I stayed here three years ago. It was fine, but in need of upgrades. Since then, there have been a number of improvements, including room, upgrades, hallway, upgrades, painting… Breakfast was great with cereal, juice, three kinds of milk, yogurt, fruit, waffles, etc. Came with my dog there was an up charge, but the room was large, and the couch was smartly, covered with a sheet, which the dog loved. Funny thing… If the hardware in the room and bathroom was and the rest was chrome."

I accidentally booked our stay for the wrong about of people and they were able to easily fix it, they also helped with early check-in/check-out. "Everything was great about this hotel. The only thing that lowered my score was the AC in the room was very loud. It cooled well but the noise kept me up during the night."

Noise level was low for a busy hotel right off the interstate. Parking was essentially filled to capacity but I had a spot available every time I returned."

"There was a massive construction/remodel effort underway that was not mentioned on the website. Guest elevators were unavailable and all guests had to take staff elevators. The lobby was rendered pretty much unusable. The staff was clearly under pressure and did well to help but I wish there was mention made on their website. "

The king bed room was not advertised as a handicapped room, and the handicap shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. There was little space on the counter in the bathroom.
