"Great location, nearby supermarket for grabs, short walk to hotel. The room was clean with modern decor but found an ant on the rug .. dunno why … staff was friendly and welcoming … water station at the lobby definitely a plus … however contacting reception was quit a bit confusing because there’s no phone in the room but using the tablet to email, was a bit difficult to find out how to contact them. Would be nice if there’s a short cut icon for direct service and mentioned while check in. "

"First, the staff was excellent. Conscientious. Helpful. Positive. Secondly, the hotel included a complimentary breakfast (w/ lattes). It was excellent. The location of the hotel is about a 20-minute walk north of city center. So depending on the situation, we often took Uber to go downtown. Also, there were a few excellent restaurants close to the hotel. So the site was out of the chaos of city center and enough restaurants nearby to make it work. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Obwohl das Zimmer schon fertig war, Wurden Gebühren für den Early Check in verlangt.(Um 12:00 Uhr bezahlen , kostenloser Check in 15:00 Uhr) Absolut unmöglich! Ich werde das Hotel/ oder die Kette zukünftig meiden."

"Ein verkehrsgünstiges Hotel, die Zimmer waren regelmäßig geputzt, das Bett sehr bequem. Die Lage des Zimmers war nach hinten an einer Querstraße, die Dämmung der Fenster ist ausgezeichnet. Einzig negativ könnte der lieblos gestaltete und kaum gepflegte Außenbereich genannt werden, aber das innere des Hotels war super sauber. Das war uns wichtiger und wir werden bestimmt wieder hier übernachten."

"We really liked our room. We had booked a double room (no. 321) and a twin room (no. 322) on the third floor of the hotel. These adjoining rooms had a connecting door, which we left open throughout our stay. This was a handy way to move from one room to the other. The rooms were clean and tidy. The bathroom was spacious. The beds were comfortable and extra pillows were provided. We had a mini-fridge in our room (322), but not in 321. The air conditioning was easy to operate and our room was well...

"Great stay at this hotel Very close to the station and easy to access all the sights we wanted to see. Our room didn’t have any housekeeping after the first night we stayed and had to phone reception for towels and cups etc Great reception team who sorted everything"

"The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, the hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, and the staff is absolutely amazing! My only complaint was that the A/C was not very efficient. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return to this hotel without hesitation."
