"Wonderful staff! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. The castle was decked out for Christmas and it looked lovely! We really enjoyed looking around the castle and our room was lovely. "

"Bad experience would not use again. On opening the door it was clear that the room had not been cleaned after the previous occupant - bed in total disarray. I tried two different phone numbers - first the one on the door saying to use it there is a problem with the door code. Second that at the bottom of the text the owner sent earlier in the day. "Te property is in excellent condition and it has clearly had an extensive refurbishment to a high standard. The check in was the easiest i can remember. On arrival the key was waiting for me. The room was very comfortable and had good WIfI access. Ther was a kitchenette and large TV/Games room with plenty of tea and coffee. The location of the hotel lends itself to a very peaceful and relaxing stay making an excellent base for those looking for some tranquil surroundings. The Property is full of character and charm. The property was full of surprises in a very positive way "
