"There was no front desk staff ever. We reported a man sitting in the hot tub masturbating to my underage daughter, and when we reported it they hung up on us. We had a group of teens running through the hallways pounding on doors and running away. This went on from morning to night. When we reported it to the front desk they did nothing about it! "My room on the 3rd floor next to the elevator was very quiet and clean. The only mark against this room was that the smoke detector was laying on the dresser and not attached to the wiring on the ceiling. Notified the front desk when I checked out and she just shrugged it off as no big deal."

There are steps down to the first floor/front desk and a whole flight of stars up to second floor! The door to the lobby soes not have handicap access.
