The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are seriously the nicest bathrooms we've ever had when traveling! Great shower with good water pressure. The breakfast is top notch-great assortment of quality food. I will definitely look for a Fairfield Inn again when traveling. Well done Marriott!"

"There was no front desk staff ever. We reported a man sitting in the hot tub masturbating to my underage daughter, and when we reported it they hung up on us. We had a group of teens running through the hallways pounding on doors and running away. This went on from morning to night. When we reported it to the front desk they did nothing about it! First off the man being disgustingly nasty in the hot tub should have been escorted out and they didn’t care about the safety of their guest! They did...

"My room had an odd smell and had hair in the shower and floor. I am assuming that my room was next to the kitchen as I woke up startled at 5am due to loud noises coming from that area. "

"My wife has a disability. We got to the hotel and were assigned a room on the 2nd floor! There is no elevator! There are steps down to the first floor/front desk and a whole flight of stars up to second floor! The door to the lobby soes not have handicap access. The whole place does not meet ADA legal standards. The clerk eventually said he would just cancel it after trying to give us unacceptable choices. We never agreed to any room. We looked at our credit card balance later and saw there...
