Lobby stunk, smelled like a dirty fish tank.
Smoke alarms went off twice on our second night. Hotel staff never communicated with the guest at all. Not to tell us to evacuate not to return to bed. Eventually a fireman told me it was a false alarm.
Lastly, one of the two elevators did not work from the first day we were there. On our third and last morning, the second and only previously working elevator was not working. There was no note on it saying “out of order”, no call from staff informing us of the perceived inconvenience, no communication from them at all. No help moving luggage down the stairs, no help for the physically impaired to traverse the stairs, nothing. Not even an “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”!
They do not provide toilet paper or clean towels on a daily basis. We were provided one roll of toilet for two adults for three days stay. The staff acted put out when we asked for a second roll and clean towels. They informed us that their policy was only to provide clean towels or room services after it’s requested.
From my observation, this hotels owner and management does not care about its guests, only their bottom dollar.
