"There were stains on the bed sheets in multiple areas. There were bugs in the bed, unclear if they were bed bugs of another type of bug. This made me super grossed out and uncomfortable and I ended up not staying in the room either night. There were also bugs that were alive in the bathroom."

"Front desk staff was super sweet and welcoming. Loved how friendly they were. Room clean and nest even if slightly outdated. Pool was small, breakfast was to be expected but didn't like it ending on a weekend at 10 (too efficient staff closed at 955am) coffee machines though were amazing and such a yummy cup of coffee."

"We have been coming to this hotel for over 20 years when we are in town. It is always been a good place to stay and has been renovated over the years. The staff has always been delightful. "Great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There was so much high-end seating in areas in and around the pool and decks. Lots of entertainment with a great game area as well. "Staff was patient and polite. However, everything else was awful. Room smelled bad, walls and furniture where stained and filthy. Pillows were old and gross. The shower curtain would't stay closed. The frig didn't work properly and the door was hard to open due to the unit being in a tray. The AC had a loud high pitched whine and the TV was out half my stay. The ice machine in the hall wasn't working. The parking lot was full of shady people hanging out in their cars and listening to loud music...
