"All the staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was good. The hamburger I had at the restaurant for dinner was filling. There is 24 hour access to a coffee machine, or hot water for tea. My request for a room location was fulfilled. The room & bathroom were clean & comfortable. The bed however, was soft, rather lumpy & very uncomfortable. I did not get much sleep. The shuttle bus could use some inside maintenance. Overall, the experience was positive and functional. I would stay there...

"I had a very pleasant 6 night stay at Accent Inns Richmond. It is a lovely, family-oriented inn with a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Everything was great and I was very happy with my stay.
I especially enjoyed the coffee/tea service in the reception area. The shuttle service was also excellent. It made getting to the airport so much easier and took away a lot of the stress of travelling.
