"The room was nice and clean, the only downsides were how many random sets of stairs you have to drag your luggage up and down to get to the correct elevator if your room is in the other building. The two person bed room is really great if you want to sleep next to your partner without snuggling, as if they try they’ll get swallowed up by the beds separating, haha."

"It was SO hot when we were in the Netherlands, so our large, cool room with a nice big bathroom was just what we needed after driving up from Amsterdam! The staff were lovely and very helpful. It was also great to be able to go downstairs and have such a delicious dinner. The breakfast was pretty good also. It's a good location if you want a bigger hotel experience while exploring this part of the country. The parking building is slightly confusing, so make sure you get good instructions for...

"Van der Valk Leeuwarden exceeded our expectations. The hotel is modern, elegant, and beautifully maintained. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive from check-in until departure. Breakfast offered a wide selection of fresh, high-quality food.
