Foi decepcionante pois na reserva oferece uso da piscina o que não se confirma no hotel que coloca a piscina também cobrando à parte como os outros itens do spa, fica bem longe das atrações, porém quarto confortável e bom café da manhã, merecia um atendimento mais cordial.

The entire staff at Hotel Michael was wonderful — always kind, welcoming, and smiling.
