"Helpful staff"

"The staff was great, my issues were with the facility. My shower has almost zero water pressure it was just trickling out of the water head. The air unit in the room was so loud I just had to turn it off and be hot. I tried leaving it on but when it kicked on while I was trying to sleep it woke me up every single time. I tried calling down to the desk multiple times because of those issues and because the WiFi stopped working after day 2 and could never get anyone to answer. I won’t stay here...

"The stay was fine. However, we requested late check out (1pm) and had our do not disturb sign on our door. Housekeeping woke us up at 9am knocking. Then knocked again at 10:30am and again at 12. Very frustrating!"

The walls were so thin you could hear everything people in the next rooms were saying and the water running when they showered. Kids running up and down the halls on the floor above sounded like a herd of elephants and made it difficult to sleep. Another guest lamented the same sentiment at breakfast.
