"Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had! Tons of hot/cold variety, very fresh, lovely breakfast seating area too. "

"This hotel room attacked me with bed bugs I have bites all over me . Manager is in denial says in 30 years of managing hotels she has never had this happen. I am especially annoyed that she is lying straight up. I get it it happens it doesnt mean they are dirty or bad but at least see my body and admit it ? She took photos and all she offered was a taxi to the rail station which is 3 minutes away ."

"Breakfast buffet was awesome! Lots of choices. FYI- when needing a twin room it’s the same as booking a king. There is 1 king bed to the room. I asked for 2 beds and it booked me into 2 separate rooms, but adjoins:) when it’s 2 kings(aka 2 twins) super easy access from the A/green for Metro use. "

"The room was small, however the it was very clean and quiet. It is centrally located between old and new town being only about a 15 minute walk to both. The staff are amazing and very helpful."

"Very pleasant stay in fantastic location, just minutes from Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Decent breakfast, with items varying day to day, lovely bread. Daily room cleaning was a bit haphazard but bedding and towels were good. No bar/lounge but lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Hotel itself is off the main street in a little square so we weren’t disturbed at night. Would stay again"
