"Very dated and faded room which was in dire need of updating. (Room 215) Very 80s-esque. Small wall mounted TV, tired, stained and grubby chairs in room. Bathroom was very dated also, but clean. No sockets near bed side which was unusual. Even the hallways / corridors are dark and gloomy with the automatic lights and lack of natural light whilst walking too and from room. Wouldn't stay here again, it'd definitely be premier inn or travel lodge in Stirling in the future."

"The exterior of the Inn could benefit from some improvements. First impressions matter, and on arrival we were concerned it might be a little run down. Thankfully, this wasn’t the case — our room was pleasant, comfortable, and spacious enough for a one‑night stay. The only downside was that the coffee and tea facilities were very limited, with just two sachets and a few milk capsules, and as the Inn closes early there was no staff around in the evening to ask for more. "We reserved a room that was advertised with a king bed. It wasn’t the reality. But it was comfortable anyway and the room was quiet. On our end we didn’t have problems for the check-in because we arrived at 3pm, but other travellers were stuck in front of a locked door at 7pm and nobody was answering the phone. It took more than an hour for them to have someone to come and do their check-in. No staff onsite at all."

"The food for dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was fabulous! The rooms were tired although the bed was great some of the furniture needed updating. There was noise all night from a boiler (I think) which kept me awake. Overall a pleasant stay but a bit too pricey for the room stay."
