Good place to break your journey

Great place to stay when travelling up or down Norway. Close to the E6 and to the airport. We took the compact room and it was perfectly adequate for an overnight stop. Comfortable bed, good shower and an excellent breakfast buffet. And all at an affordable price.

Fantastic

had a very pleasant stay at this property. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. One small thing to be aware of: there was no water kettle or coffee/tea sachets provided directly in the room. However, these are available near the reception area upon request, so it’s not a major issue—just something guests might want to know in advance. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a quiet, clean, and well-run place to stay.

Amazing Breakfast

The hotel could use updated carpet. It felt dingy. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The full-service breakfast was the BEST we have ever experienced. That made the overnight stay well worth it! The location was close to the harbor which made for a nice place to walk to.

Nice Stay!

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and quiet, though not new. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good! There are also some shopping markets within walking distance to get food. The hotel is just one stop from the airport, yet is about 40 minutes by train from the city center. There was a holiday that I was surprised about while I was there, and I did end up having to stay in the city center longer than planned to go back to the hotel by train in the evening. Take care if booking anything on a Sunday, as the train does not run on Sunday mornings. I had travel plans and needed to take a taxi to the airport, which was about $30 for a 5 minute ride, and then catch the airport shuttle from there into town to the train station. I needed to wake up at 4 a.m. to achieve this and then wait at the train station for a couple of hours, including waiting for about a half hour outside the doors until the station opened at 6:30 a.m. Otherwise, I do not anticipate the transportation having posed any issues. The hotel offers some games to play on the ground floor. There isn’t a fitness center, but they have a partnership with a gym. All in all, the hotel was a good value for the money and the staff were kind. I would stay here again!

Further away from airport than expected, so have to either take taxi or walk 0,5km to take a bus to airport. Hotel room was quite outdated and poorly cleaned. Personnel was kind and helpful but other than that, nothing really to recommend.
