Friendly staff room was satisfactory though few issues such as poor pressure to shower, broken tile in bathroom toilet flush was very difficult. Breakfast was average.

Village Hotel Basingstoke
The stay in the hotel was decent, but I would say the staff were not particularly helpful. I asked numerous times about the parking situation at the hotel to be met with disinterest.
