Hi Ian, Thank you for your review, although I'm sorry to read the issues you mentioned that obviously did not hold up to the standard that we'd like to hold ourselves to. We advertise ourselves as a boutique hotel but are aware that we are by no means a luxury hotel - rather, we offer a basic standard (noted as three-star), with helpful staff and exceptional location. Due to the basic standard, we have a shower gel/shampoo combination in the bathroom and the breakfast is continental (the basics with bread, cheese and lunch meat, juice and yoghurt for example). We certainly agree that, regardless of standard, your room should be clean with everything in working condition. We appreciate you notifying us of these issues so we can improve on this moving forward. We hope you've had a good experience in Stockholm, even though your stay didn't measure up to (your and our) expectations.

Frukosten är en kontinental sådan snarare än en buffé, så det är förståeligt att det kan kännas magert om man har den förväntningen.
