This hotel can do better....

The room was not heated, as I arrived, Room temp was 16dgreas. and the small radiator took 2 days to get the room up to 20dgreas. The cleaning was not very good. dirt on the floor, Glases war not clean, did not get fresh tows for 2 days, bed was not made any day. And the room was nor cheap. And the breakfast ---- find another café. The receptionsnist was sweet and helpfull.

Var där 1a adventhelgen med 2 kompisar. Jättemysigt hotell med bra avstånd till både Strawberry arena och mall of scandinavia om man gillar att promenera. Professionell personal, roliga att prata med och lugna vid stressituationer. Mysiga rum med allt man behövde för en trevlig vistelse. Har Ica Maxi precis runt hörnet och väldigt god frukost 5 stjärnor av 5.

Frukosten ok men hår i duschen på rummet vid incheckning, trasiga lampor och en dag efter städ kom jag till mitt rum och dörren var öppen. Den hade alltså stått öppen hela dagen med möjlighet för vem som helst att komma in bland mina tillhörigheter och stor möjlighet för stöld. Otroligt otrevligt och väldigt illa.
