"The room is well equipped and comfortable. Some kitchen stuff could be cleaner, but in general we were satisfied from the service provided. The reception is always open and the staff is friendly. You can buy a cup of coffee in the morning, if you dont want to book the breakfast. We found it convenient for 20SEK and tasting good. "Had to book another hotel the first night as the hotel hadn't activated our key and we were checking in after hours. They did not have any phone lines open so we had to pay to stay down the road. They did nothing to investigate the problem whilst we were there. Also the AC does not work at all in the room, so whilst it was 25C outside, we were unable to stay cool in the room. 1/10, do not recommend staying here if you have other options."

"Communication was lacking, we were not told which building our room was in. Wi-Fi network and password were not correct, had to call 2 times to get access. Found a coffee pot and cups below bed in a drawer, but no coffee! Location was the only redeeming quality. Will not repeat this place."
