"Not all services are available during the weekdays. We would have loved it sit and relax at one of the bars with seating around tables. None were open while we were there over 3 days in the middle of the week. The casino floor was very warm. Some areas were cooler than others. I believe they had technicians working on the cooling system while we were there. We stayed in the Buffalo Tower and it was newly renovated with spacious, beautiful rooms. We enjoyed that very much."

"It was a last-minute reservation and i was right on time for check-in. The first room assigned to me was not ready, but staff found me another on first floor instead, per my request. The room was clean, well maintained. I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again."

"Was ok nothing special. Pool was to cool n lighting in pool area was not great. Had to go ask for towels at front desk. Issue after check out with payment still fighting with and nobody getting back to me about. Several emails and a few calls in already with no refund yet. Will look at different place next visit to red wing if not resolved today"
