I noted it to the young man at the desk and he acted put out because we asked for the promised coffee. He gave me a look that I thought meant 'just leave me alone, I'm on my phone now' (he was always on his phone) a rude look. There was a young woman at the desk when I checked in and out, she was great! Caring about my needs as a customer. "
