"Hidden fees upon check-in was very inconvenient and then the original room we were given keys didn't work so decending and assending twice upstairs extra for getting another room given also nothing on advertising that states the pool wasn't available until a certain date when the pool is really the most enticing part of the stay."

"The hot tub didn’t completely plug, it had a slow leak and would stay full unless we continuously added water. There were cigarette burn holes in the curtain, bathroom sink had cigarette burn marks as well. The internet was a choppy signal hit or miss at best. There were cracked and damaged pictures on the walls. The were annoyed that we requested extra towels (keep in mind that we stayed 3 nights). Overall not worth the price they ask for peak times in my opinion. Slow time prices would be worth it if the negatives were fixed or we were compensated for our inconvenience and the way we were treated by staff."

"This place is awful and shuts down a table, holds you for a couple of hours with no explanations then say they thought you were cheating. Though they can see on video that you weren’t. Then still treated you like you did something wrong"
