"The elevator area has spider webs you have to get around in the doer ways to get into it. The elevator looks as though it’s never been cleaned. The walls are so thin you can hear the other people next doo whispering"

"no microwave, beds were incredibly uncomfortable, tile in the bathroom wasn’t caulked together, stains all over carpet and baseboards, ac kept making a loud noise, plumbing was connected to the room next to us so we could hear the next door guests showering. doors slammed so loudly, our keys didn’t work for our room at 10 pm when we still had one night left, they don’t do any housekeeping unless you request it, right next to highway so you can hear all the crazy drivers all night, pool was right...

"Clean rooms and good breakfast"

"Everything was top notch. The beds were super comfy. Loved the breakfast buffet. Loved having the Claim Jumper right across the street, and an upscale mall right around the corner. There was always a convenient place to park. The Hotel even provided umbrellas for rainy days. Hubby loved the cookies. We definitely will come again when we visit our Portland family."

"Breakfast was good. The lady in the mornings is very sweet and helpful. Excellent location. The key card stopped working an hour before check-out, so I got distracted trying to get a new one. I left my new box fan near the door of my room and didn't receive my deposit back because of it. Stayed 8 nights."

"The gated parking was a plus. The need for those gates not a plus (nearby area seemed somewhat sketchy) providing the secure parking is appreciated. Location was ideal and convenient, room was clean and adequate. We will definitely stay here again. It is located in a beautiful area scenery-wise."

"Honest review — The front desk staff was friendly. My room was clean. The location was excellent, close to town and the freeway. The third level is the best; however, on the second and first levels, you can hear all the footsteps from guests above, which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. I might have just had a noisy guest above me. It’s not worth the $257 a night, but it’s still a charming older hotel. I loved the beautiful lake view and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor balcony overlooking...
