"We stay at Hampton Inns regularly and this was the worst I've experienced. The pictures online are very deceiving. Only 2 good things about this Hampton Inn were a clean room and a good breakfast."

"The pet fee per dog is very high. We already paid about $150 for the room but were told there would be a $75 fee for each of our 3 dogs. The breakfast is really basic with no hot foods, the hotel needs updates and is very overpriced for the condition of the rooms and facility. The pet area is not close to the hotel as well. We stayed at the Red Roof Inn in Wytheville a week later and it was substantially cheaper, the grass area is much closer and the rooms are about the same condition. At RRI they charge 1/3 of the price for a king suite, the first pet is free and any pet after that is only a $15 charge per pet. "
