"Very comfortable and clean, friendly and helpful staff, liked the room layout, great location. The elevator was a bit finicky, and definitely had some issues with the key card getting in and out of the nearby parking garage, but all was quickly and easily resolved. Will stay again!"

"Very sad upgrades to say it is the Penn State University. And Football Season and the huge price hikes should be able to cover any updates or upgrades needed to remain at the PSU Standard. Staff and restaurant was great. Loved the special Chocolate Chip cookies but use the Doubletree standard for the cookie experience so to not appear second rate Kmart vs Walmart."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. When you walk in the lobby. It smell so good. The front desk staff was so friendly. We ate breakfast. The employee that was taking care of that area. I could not say enough on her helpful attitude and contagious smile. She was on point stocking items. Helping with waffle iron. One of the best places I have stayed at. "Arrived early, even earlier than an “early” check in time would be, and multiple staff members went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure a smooth process. GM (Brendan?) was excellent and attentive. The Room was clean, bed was super comfortableI and considering there’s like 3 pubs/restaurants attached to the building it was quiet and relaxing. It’s an older building that’s been renovated and has a boutique feel to it. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and stay here again… which I am for Move in...

"This is a beautiful hotel. My stay was very comfortable. We were there to help my son move out and I was so happy to have had this hotel available and at a very reasonable price. The room was pristine, the bathroom was spacious, elegant, and clean. Eerything felt luxurious, including the white crisp sheets. We ended up eating in their restaurant and although it looked fancy people were dressed casually and the service was really good. The food was excellent, a bit pricey but worth it. I...

"Great location for event we were attending. We did not use any of the amenities that were offered. Rooms are updated and clean. Great little balcony to sit on after a day of running around. I do think that at check-in, staff should let you know that rooms are cleaned every other day, so new towels and complimentary coffee will not be restocked in your room if you are staying more than one night.
