"Not being hyperbolic, this is the dirtiest and most run down hotel I ever had the displeasure of booking. Rooms are not as described and Expedia wouldn't help wit the refund. Let me list: Upon entering the parking lot there is a broken down vehicle on tires. The rooms reek of smoke even though it says no smoking. There are burn stains all over the furniture from previous smokers. The room in general is disgusting. Likely gently cleaned. Blankets had stains on them. The room was falling...

"The husband and wife that own it were very friendly, didn't bother you, but were available if you needed them. The breakfast was fenomenal. Check in and out was easy. The house was beautiful and the decor was relevant to the period of the home. I would highly recommend staying."

"Convieniant if you have business on the east side of town. Room was basic and good value for the price. Mattresses could use replacing. If you don't want to hear the traffic on King St ask for a room on the back side of the building."

"Everyone was super helpful, especially after one of us had an ankle injury out on a hike. They were responsive and accommodating. The location to Boone and Blowing Rock restaurants was perfect. It had a great view and was very clean!"

"Took a chance on a new hotel based on the pictures and location, and it paid off. Plenty of parking. Easy access with the check in and room. Very spacious room. Great bathroom. Ceiling fan in the room is great. We were really surprised by the air fryer in the room, and the free drinks and snacks. We've already booked our next stay here."

"Do not stay here if you're used to normal hotels with things like a front desk, a front desk person, a restaurant, a place to unload your luggage where you wont be ran over of washed away in the rain. If you have more than one piece if luggage, i'd consider a different location. The rooms are new and nice, but over priced given the other issues."
