"First room smelled before we even walked in. And my sense of smell is bad and I could still smell it. There were 2 different camper/rvs parked in the parking lot with people sleeping in them like camping out in parking lot. Overall not clean, old and worn, breakfast was ok with options and good for a standard breakfast buffet. Nothing special at all though. Their coffee was absolutely horrible and I’m not a coffee snob at all. It was bad."

"This hotel was a perfect spot for my family! The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff was very helpful and kind. Small free breakfast. The hot tub was nice and warm and overlooked the beach. Super close access to the beach & dining options. Our beds were cozy and and the AC was great! We will definitely stay again."

"I was excited to stay here because it seemed super family friendly, really close to Disney which was the purpose of our trip and seemed super convenient. As soon as we got to are room is when the issues started. The cleanliness was terrible. The comforters had blood stains on them along with the bed frame. There was hair in the bathroom and gum underneath the table. I requested to have it recleaned and mentioned all the things I noticed. When we got back from dinner, the room seemed untouched....

"We had a multi bedroom, my husband our 3 kids, and myself.
The pool was clean and in the morning it was heated the kids loved that part. We used the hot tub it was clean and enjoyable. Kids said they would of liked more coverage instead of the see through glass.
Breakfast was amazing. The kids loved they were able to make there own walffle and egg sandwich. They had so many options and 6am to 10am.
Room and bathroom was clean. Everything worked.
Only "complaints" was the soap and lotion...
