The hot tub was very warm but over run and very loud with a bunch of kids so we were only there for 15 minutes the first night and did t even use it the second night because of all the kids. "Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. As soon as we drove up to the hotel, there was a very strong unpleasant smell outside. I’m guessing this may be because the hotel is close to the refinery, but the smell continued inside the hotel as well. Even when we got to our room, it still smelled bad. "We found it very old and well used. Breakfast was cold and not good. Had an awful smell in the lobby. We won’t be booking here in the future."

"We never stayed. We asked for a non smoking room. It was not, lighting poor. Bathroom causing was peeling in the shower area, dirty around the light switches. Sheets appeared not to be changed, we never stayed. They did refund our room cost."

"Clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool was small but still fun for the kids. Good size gym and a good selection of equipment. Great freshly made omelette for breakfast!! Would recommend."

"Quite convenient to walk around Whyte Ave, with plenty of bars nearby. However, it gets quite noisy at night, especially with cars passing along the street around midnight. I asked the staff if I could switch to a quieter room on the other side, but unfortunately that wasn’t possible. Additionally, the room amenities were quite limited, even no chair by the table."
