"Booked for 3 nights, then booked an extra night day prior, messaged property to make sure we could have same room throughout our stay, they replied ‘no problem’. On arrival they couldn’t find my booking, gave us our room after explaining the two seperate bookings many times, the next morning we were told we had only booked one night even though full payment made for four prior to arrival. Had to explain over again my booking still couldn’t find me but did agree that they had replied to my message. Reading the booklet in room our room would be cleaned daily, for the first two days I had to chase down towels and condiments as our room was not serviced. When I finally was able to speak to someone in the office I was told we had to request room cleaning daily, our room was cleaned on our last day, communication was appalling, bathroom door would not close, tv would not work properly never again !"

"While on a road trip and exploring the river Murray towns, it was good to know I had a nice room to stay in Swan Hill. Location wise, it was a balance between staying near the river tourism base and the city centre. Whle not immediately in the main area of the city, most things were a 10-15 minute walk. My room was upstairs facing the main road, but traffic was not a major concern through the night. Psrking was reasonable although the hotel attracts a lot of tradies with large vehicles like my van."
