"Eso fue un caos.. había gente tomando alcohol fuera de mi habitación,, en los cuartos del al lado había gente grit( a la 1:00 am) no pudimos dormir mi familia y yo ( fuimos evacuados por el incendio cerca de mi casa .. ) terrible lugar para quedarse"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Could not connect to the WiFi and TV (Dish) was a nightmare to operate as no TV channel listing in the room. Definitely not worth the price paid for the room."

"Clean, but very small room with two beds, 2 people could barely pass each other especially with 2 dogs. Manager Fredi was great and accommodating for our hula truck and trailer. Didn’t like no toilet seat cover and door didn’t unlock on first try almost every time and it stuck with the bolt out and wouldn’t close. Not bad for the value tho."

"Very grungy and cigarette butts on the patio. Hardware was broken off, ceiling panel hanging. This was a very disgusting "drug haven" appearing room. Definitely the worst room I've been in since more than 20 years ago (in the US). There was a convention in town, every hotel booked and this was one of the last available rooms in the city of Reno. I was getting my hotel room reimbursed or I would have not spent the money and would have opted to sleep in my car instead. Really that bad. ...
