Check-in took awhile. With multiple large events happening the valet and front desk appeared severely understaffed. Friendly attitudes from them all through some grumpy conversations. Breakfast at the cafe on Sunday morning was much the same, lots of guests and minimal staffing.

Room was exceptional. However, with the jacuzzi leak, I would have expected some compensation which was not offered, even getting late checkout I had to ask twice. Otherwise the property is excellent for food and drinks, but too much of a smoke smell everywhere
