Tìm Cottage tại Story City

"The facility was clean and the Staff very welcoming. Breakfast selection was very good."

"The towels were stained but washed. Items are wearing out. Only 1 chair for a king-bed room. Spot for kleenex was empty. Continental breakfast was acceptable. Place is showing its age. Probably will seek out other accommodations when we pass through the same city in the spring. We “got what we paid for”"

"We had access to the whole area, livingroom, kitchen and bedroom bath. It was a lovely establishment and the hosts were very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful. If you book directly with them it is free."

"Great Location."

"Very attentive front desk staff. Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies at check-in. Very clean property. Great choices in the included breakfast."

"Room was clean and quiet. Staff was helpful though it wasn’t always easy to Find someone to help at the bar."

"Too much time wasted. If you want a rating pay me."

"The general manager at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Property was very clean and well maintained."

"This hotel is not like a normal hotel. Their overnight worker was in a bathrobe. The pool deck needs to be checked for compliance. It is not slip resistant. My daughter got hurt just stepping out of the pool. I would not recommend to anyone with kids. Won't be ever going back."

"If you're looking for a place that will answer the phone or return online messages then this is NOT the place for you. They don't answer either of them."

"We enjoyed a quick night at the Iowa House for a campus visit. Easy check in, clean and comfortable rooms. The freshly prepared breakfast quesadilla was delicious! Will stay again!"

"The stay was good. The property and rooms were average and could use a bit of upgrade. The bathroom floors were not very clean. Overall the stay was adequate for what we needed."
