"The room had no heat when we first arrived, but warmed up fairly quick. I’m not sure why they left the room unheated when it is pretty chilly outside.
The beds are comfortable and the shower was warm. They could use a few more towels.

"Really I loved my room and there were no unexpected charges at check in (which I was fearful of on a tight budget).
Staff were kind and helpful. I felt safe and comfortable, and I needed that because I'd just been put on antibiotics that morning for a severe tooth infection.
Breakfast was very limited, but they did have it.
Overall, I would highly recommend it."
