"Clean and perfectly located to all the places we like to attend. Shower in the room could use an upgrade. Rainfall shower head with little pressure. Free coffee and tea. Nice place to stay and will again."

"We had a few days in town as a couple, and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. We were met with a lovely welcome at reception. Our room was spacious, the beds were so comfortable, and the sheets and pillows were clearly very good quality. "Hotel was wonderful! Welcoming, interesting with so much to look at, quick elevators, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub was a huge hit for us and it was pristine! The only thing I wished for was a store available where we could buy drinks and snacks, like chocolate, popcorn and chips for later night cravings. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay! "

"The walls are an ugly, glossy, dirty cream colour. The room feels cold and hard because of the dented metal and poorly painted cabinets. It feels cheap and unwelcoming, like they made a bedroom inspired by your high-school locker. The door handle was broken and there was no additional lock so it didn't feel safe. The mattress is very soft so my back was in a lot of pain in the morning and the conforter was visibly dirty with something red (i hope not blood?). I used to be homeless and I can...
