"No food available. No bar to use. TV didn’t work. Shower was a dribble. Pillows made of lumps. The “packed mini bar” described by the staff had a small carton of long life orange juice in it. Nice view of a brick wall from the room. Constant noise of trains and cars on the A5. Not quite the Bankside ..."
