"Ein schwer auffindbares Haus in einer schmalen Stichstraße, über einen Schlüsseltresor kommt man zum Schlüssel, doch der Zugangscode ist wieder über eine Webseite abzurufen, die man nicht einfach anklicken kann. Kontakt zum Vermieter nicht möglich, auch nicht durch Expedia. Die Einrichtung wahrscheinlich von 1960.
Katastrophe bei 35 Grad mit zwei Kindern."

"A very clean and well presented hotel, with easy parking. However, the room we booked was not available on the day of arrival and the replacement was disappointing. It was at the front of the hotel which suffered from road noise and was over 30’C at night, trying to sleep was almost impossible. It was not clear that breakfast was not included, overall very disappointing especially when compared to the following three hotels we stayed at."

"The check-in experience was very frustrating. The hotel charged me again for an amount that I had already paid when I made the reservation. I spent a long time trying to explain and resolve the issue at the property, but it was only after I contacted the hotel’s online customer service that the problem was quickly fixed.
This was the first time I have ever experienced being charged twice for a prepaid booking, and it wasted a significant amount of my time.

"Check-in was all electronic and a little confusing after a long tiring drive but we had no major issues. We programmed our own key cards and managed to work the private underground parking. The apartment was clean, quiet and lovely, and in a fabulous location. The town is beautiful. It was dog friendly and we even had our own small grassy terrace for morning “wee-wees”. Would definitely stay again if we ever return."
