"This property is very nice. Fully remodeled from a turn-of-the-century home built in Georgetown. Jamie, the owner, was kind and courteous. Accommodations were perfect and clean, and her breakfast was yummy every day. We would highly recommend this location to others wanting a charming get away."

"I am a single mom, traveling alone with a dog and a 9-year-old. I felt safe and welcomed. It was an extra bonus that the skatepark, rec center and dog friendly restaurants were within walking distance. We loved the atmosphere, community and the amenities. We will absolutely be back!"

"I wanted to love it, but it was just okay. Hotel, staff, and room were great. However, the pool was offline Feb 2026 - August 2026 for renovations (replacing a filter). This was disappointing as we were traveling with kids, and we were all looking forward to swimming. It wasn’t indicated that the pool would be closed when booking. "The super eight motel in Dillon Colorado was a poor place to stay for the simple fact that every time I left the room and returned up three flights of stairs, my room keys would not work and would have to go down and get a new key for my room this would happen multiple times during the day multiple days I was there!! otherwise it was OK. It was clean decent."

"We are long time users of Keystone properties and former owners. It is a nice unit. Kitchen is well-apportioned. Unit was clean. The unit is NOT air conditioned. The biggest issue with that is that the upstairs bedroom (with a queen and two bunks) is not usable during the summer. I tried sleeping up there with two fans to move air from downstairs to the upstairs but it didn’t work. There are no windows to open in that room. It was unbearably hot.
