"The room, and hotel in general, was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and polite. The issue was with housekeeping and responsiveness: We were disturbed twice, at around 5pm, by staff wanting to clean our room. The first time she knocked, then immediately let herself in. "Clean room, staff friendly. air conditioning didn’t work much, minimum it hot was 24C… Good breakfast, but for being France i expected more. Where are the fromage options? They don’t mention within the Expedia app that the pool is closed for kids at 5pm."

"Almost impossible to drive to hotel due to pedestrian streets closed to cars. Once we arrived, Flavio at the front desk took over parking in the hotel parking lot. Bar excellent. City charming. Take the boat tour."
