The check-in and the staff was excellent, l also had a question a few days before my arrival and they answered fairly quickly. The rooms are exactly as the pictures and rather spacious, l will definitely stay again in this hotel. :-)

J’aime regarder les avis avant de réserver alors je prends le temps de donner le mien Nous sommes venues à deux Maman et moi nous avions un studio premium double. je commence par le confort de la chambre, elle était très propre, le matelas …. Comme sur un nuage, il y avait un Kirchnette avec des ustensiles en somme tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner si une personne ne souhaite pas sortir pour manger ce qui est super pratique. Le lieu est calme situé non loin de la Gare 7 min à pieds ainsi que de la cathédrale 15 min environ. Nous avons pu poser notre bagage à notre arrivé environ 13h puis nous sommes venues chercher notre chambre vers 17h environ L’hôtel et les chambres sont très calmes Superbe expérience je reviendrai sans aucun doute !

First, I would like to say that the following review does not concern and evaluate the staff. During my stay, all staff members were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This review is solely directed at the rooms and therefore also the decision-makers of the hotel. I am aware that this hotel is one of the more affordable options in Strasbourg and therefore I do not expect the 'Ritz' or an 'Adlon'. However, one can still expect a certain minimum standard if one does not want to sleep in a hostel. The location is good. It's a 20-minute walk from the old town and the main train station. Located on a rather quiet street, so the surroundings do not affect the loudness of the room (more on that later). The main room (sleeping area & kitchenette) is spacious for two people and clean. The furniture is functional but not pretty. The bed was clean and equipped with a liquid-proof pad. I have no complaints here. The kitchenette is equipped with dishes and cutlery for 2 people. Microwave, stove, refrigerator, and kettle are available. Unfortunately, the refrigerator compressor in my case is quite loud, so noise-sensitive people should bring earplugs. Now to the bathroom. This aspect also explains my poor rating. The equipment of the bathroom, the cleanliness, and the condition of the facilities do not, in my opinion, meet Central European standards. Open pipes and a huge boiler give me the impression of a prison cell and not a hotel in a European metropolis. The tiles in the shower

In need of TLC
The hotel is in a convenient location, about 15-20 minute walk from the Cathedral. Staff were helpful. However the rooms are dated and in poor condition. There was mould round the shower base and the tiles needed cleaning. The currains had holes in and were dirty, and there was only one pillow provided.

un bon hôtel est la clé d'un bon séjour
on a pu avoir la chambre plus tôt sans supplément, facile d'accès pour profiter des marchés de noël et de la gare. Lit super confortable et bonne pression de douche. petit déjeuner correct. It is very near the train station. We arrived early but the staff let us store our luggages so that we can go around. The island, where most of the attractions are is walkable.

Buona esperienza, siamo stati 4 notti. Il nostro check-in è avvenuto alle 3 di notte, nonostante li avevo avvisati preventivamente dell’orario del nostro arrivo e mi avevano risposto che non c’era nessun problema perché la reception era aperta h24, al mio arrivo non abbiamo trovato nessuno e la porta era ovviamente chiusa, è stato necessario chiamarli telefonicamente, ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po’ al freddo. Le pulizie sono a pagamento e ci hanno dato tre tovaglie in due per 4 notti. Consiglio inoltre di spolverare gli sportelli esterni e la ventola della caldaia in bagno, sono pienissimi di polvere. Per il resto, tutto ok, la zona è vicino la stazione centrale e a 15 min a piedi dal centro. Il personale è stato disponibile, abbiamo segnalato che la nostra doccia era otturata e hanno risolto il problema nella stessa giornata. Abbiano apprezzato tanto il vin brûlé offerto all’ingresso della struttura (peccato che l’abbiano scoperto per caso soltanto l’ultima sera e nessuno ce l’abbia mai riferito).
