The staff at this hotel were brilliant and very welcoming. The room was exactly as advertised and the whirlpool was a great novelty for the children. The only negative was breakfast; it was very expensive and had a poor selcction - especially for children. It’s also worth noting that the pool is not available to under 16s.

We had a generator starting every fifteen minutes for two minutes, all night long under our closed window. When I made the remark that we didn’t sleep well, the clerk said “next time we will put you in an another room”

Friendly staff but would not go there again

We arrived late night just before the kitchen closed. We ordered food, but it was really bad - the steak was raw and when it was sent back, it came back as if it had been in the microwave The room was clean, but it smelled really bad. Could have been from the drain in bathroom, but it also smelled in the hallway The room was really cold in the night, and we all ended up freezing. The staff was really friendly and good service.

Ceci n’est pas un hôtel avec piscine pour les familles avec enfants !! La piscine n’est accessible que pour les adultes et rien ne pouvait nous préparer à cela. Nous sommes très déçu car rien ne prévient les clients sur la description !! Un week-end raté pour mes enfants et un accueil psycho rigide à l’accueil de l’hôtel..bref nous ne reviendrons jamais..

Déçu de la chambre. Meuble poussiéreux. Forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain. Petit-déjeuner vraiment pas à la hauteur pour ce prix. Pour 16,50€, on s'attend à des produits plus nobles et à plus de choix. Réveillé à 4h30 par le champ des coq dans le quartier. Je ne pense pas revenir.

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt im Hotel Europe. Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wege sind sehr kurz im Hotel zum Restauarn und Spa. Alles ist sehr sauber, ordenlich und super freundlich. Das Deluxe Zimmer ist mit eingebauten Whirlpool ein Spitzenzimmer der Oberklasse. Gefehlt hat uns ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer, weiterer Stuhl, sowie Handtuch-Ablagen und Haltestangen um den Whirlpool. Das Frühstück ist für ein sehr einfaches Continental Frühstück überschaubar. Bei dem Preis haben wir uns etwas umfangreichere Auswahl vorgestellt und sind an den übrigen Tagen lieber in der Innenstadt frühstücken gegangen. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel Europ und können das Hotel mit seinem Deluxe Zimmer und Spa nur weiterempfehlen.
