Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is in a great location and rooms are clean and updated. We stayed here over the holiday and had a fabulous experience. The rooms have USB outlets so if you forgot your converters you are okay. Breakfast was also good. Hotel is connected to the mall for easy access to shopping and other amenities. I recommend this place!

Perfect for a quick stay

Perfect stop off on the way down to Italy, very close to the city centre for the evening but also the autoroute. Handy car park underneath too.

It was very good overall - very clean, looks new, good location. Breakfast was a bit limited for the price, but the coffee is good :) I did not like the open windows in February, as it was very cold in the room and took time to heat, but that was the only problem.

There's a reason why I m a regular.

It's basic but comfortable. Good working ac and simple but plentiful breakfast. Reception are all really nice. It's also bang in the heart of Strasbourg within a department store and two bus stops right outside. Tram stop is just two mins on foot.

We liked this hotel very much however the entire lobby, lounge, restaurant and reception area all smell of vanilla scented candles and it's nauseating!!!! Other than that detail it was a wonderful stay.

existing reviews dont do justice to this comfy and very convenient hotel, located in a modern shopping mall, just steps from strasbourg historic city center. this is an excellent budget hotel, not just a good one. the hotel facilities look fairly new, rooms are clean, and the hotel staff is very helpful. big bonus for me the free entry card to w nearby fully equipped gym. would strongly recommend
