Overall we had an great experience. Location was a bit distant from the city center but the hotel was situated right next to a tram stop. The city center was about 25 min ride one way. The hotel had very decent accommodations although the we wished that the separate toilet room could have at least a sink so we could wash our hands after doing our “business”. There were no close restaurants apart from the one within the hotel and maybe one cafe and one convenience store across the street so options are a little limited but then again we were mostly at the city center so we didn’t really get to explore the area. Definitely would rebook a stay there should i revisit Strasbourg again!

We were pleasantly surprised to find the restaurant served gourmet food without having to leave the property. The bartender kindly gave us insight to the caliber of food served onsite and it made for a great anniversary celebratory dinner. The hotel location was perfect for catching the tram into Strasbourg and walking into the residential area to enjoy a local pub.

Hotel was genially ok but no air conditioning in a family room of 4 in 30 plus degrees isnt enjoyable. Plus on the second day there was no hot water in the morning! Service behind the desk was very good though

I loved how on last mimute they could of arange and change the reservation for me, beause our parry got smaller. So they gave me than a big family two storie room. Which we loved and liked so much. We even asked to stay an extra night because syrasbourg has so much to do and they had no problem because the room was free for one morw night. A very friendly and helpful staf at the frontdesk. Higly recommend this Hotel. Nex time I come for a Christmas i will surely stay there again.

Room was super hot and right across the police station. Not much to do in the rare. The only reason we could figure that there was even a hotel in the area was the police station/jail. We did not even stay here but checked out immediately and went near old town.

Baby cot without mattress and beddingz

We traveled with a baby and had requested a baby cot, which they confirmed. When we got to the room in the late evening, there was a baby cot without matress and beddings. We asked to get them too, and the person on shift wasn't able to provide any. As a result baby had to sleep in the bed with us and we all had an uncomfortable sleep.

Excellent emplacement a côté du tram A qui dépose directement en ville ou Marché de Noël en 20-30 min. Hôtel propre, lit confortable, très bon accueil. Bon déjeuner complet seul bémol on aurait eu plaisir a gouter des spécialités locales.
